CPS Worker Lies on ISSP

ISSP's are the the paper work submitted to the court prior to a CPS Case Review. This Case Worker who works from the Tacoma Office, visited the children in question at their school. When the family viewed the ISSP before the proceeding they new their children had not said anything that was written. When the family went to the school to ask if future interviews could include a 3rd party in the room they were told there always was and notes were taken. When the family told what was in the paper work the school employee they were speaking to was the person who took the note and she said, "The kids didn't say that! The case worker told them that!" We took the notes to our attorney. He handled the issue outside of the courtroom. The judge didn't even hear about it. There was no accountability. The ISSP is like a rolling history of the case. When the family received the next ISSP for the next hearing those lies were still in it. No accountability. They should have to remove poison lies from the paperwork when we have proven they are lies with notes from the school visit and a witness. This is so wrong on every level and does not serve the needs of these children!
